Gary Busey, known for his mental breakdowns, was on the red carpet at the Oscars and interrupted an interview Ryan Seacrest was doing with Jennifer Gardner and Laura Linney.  If you didn't see it, watch the video, it is so awkward and Jennifer Gardner looks really freaked out, it's hilarious.
