Want better, more hydrated skin? Well you may have to kick a few habits. Reducing the amount of caffeine you drink can help your skin dramatically. Jolt-causing beverages like soda, energy drinks, and coffee constrict your blood vessels, so less fluid flows through your skin — hence, dehydration. I’m not saying you have to turn to a caffeine free diet, but limiting your intake will make a dramatic difference. You will have clearer, glowing skin… and less jitters.
