I’ve talked before about wearing clothes that fit your body type, well, none of that matters if you’re not wearing clothes that fit.
We have all been there, you’ve gained a few pounds but you’re not willing to buy a larger size, but here is what you should keep in mind: wearing clothes even one size too small can make you look thirty times heavier than you actually are. It can also cause extreme discomfort and nerve damage.
So if you’ve gained a little weight recently, stop shoving yourself into clothes that don’t fit. Start a workout plan and work your way back to your ideal weight.
