If you've tried time after time to lose weight and it's not working, maybe it's because you're not aware of exactly how much you're eating.  A great way to track your intake is a food journal.  It’s not easy to do and it requires a lot of discipline…But with a food journal …it's much easier to pinpoint exactly what are doing wrong so that we can make some adjustments to see success.  You can do a private journal or you can do a public on line journal…which is helpful because you get the support of on line friends and you are held accountable for what you shove in your face
