It’s easy to get into a funk about how you are feeling, but a great way to start your day off right is to say something nice to someone else. The moment you move your attention to someone else and off of your problem you will start to feel better. One of the keys to living to 100 is to not mull over your problems because it won’t help in the long run. Jot a quick note to a family member, bring a snack to a co-worker or just saying a genuine compliment to someone. It will lift your spirits and help you focus on what is really important in life, the people. And if that doesn’t help, it is Friday tomorrow!
