Hip Tip - South Beach Bars

When it comes to breakfast on the go, check out South Beach Bars.  My favorite flavor is cinnamon raisen and they are seriously amazing.  They count for one carb and one protein, that means 10 grams of protein in one of these little babies.  I eat one in teh car on the way into work and I don't get hungry for 5 hours.  Eat it with your coffee and it is delish.  This is a delightful and smart way to start the day.
