Working out is great for your health and weight lose. BUT, if you’re work outs are leaving you overly soar… keep a low dose pain reliever, Advil, Tylenol, whatever works for you, in your gym bag and use it when needed. It’s ok to work out through your soreness BUT if you are so soar that it affects your gate… it’s important for you to take a day or two off. If you try to push yourself too hard, you run the risk of injuring yourself by adjusting your body to accommodate your aches and pains.
So keep up the good work… but don’t beat yourself up if you need a break… look at it this way… you earned it!
