Hip Tip - Wake Up Refreshed

If you are sick or taking care of someone sick, it can make for along night.  Here are a few tips to help you look a little more refreshed then you actually feel. -Before bed, drink a tall glass of water… this will help you feel healthier and fresher the next day. -When you wake up, drink fresh juice that is rich in Vitamin C - Grab some tea bags and put them in the freezer for 2 minutes, then take them out and put them over your eyes.  You may be tired... but you will look great!
