You're a brave man! I am a 33 year old woman and I periodically shave my head just as short as you did. You won't so sick or scared the more you do it. In fact it is really good for your hair to shave it and start fresh. Bringing in healthyand thicker hair. Proud of you. The treatment will work well now. Good job man!

You are not alone.
Jason. Good for you for bravely telling the world about your alopecia. May daughter learned she had alopecia about four years ago when she was 7 and goes through occasional bouts of hair loss. We find a lot of support and info through the National Alopecia Areata Foundation.
