Kelly's Hip Tips
If you have big legs or big calves try to stay away from calf high boots. Boots that sit at your mid-calf draw attention to the largest parts of your leg. To give yourself a smaller sleeker looking leg get a tall boot that sits just under the knee. You will look better, feel better, and everyone will notice those long sexy legs!

If you want perfect bed head, then get yourself Tousle Me Soft shampoo and conditioner by Herbal Essence. I used it this morning and my hair couldn’t look better. I washed my hair, blew it dry then used the Tousle Me Soft hair spray gel. I finished it with Volume Envy Max hold hair spray from Herbal Essence, and I am loving this look. Each product is about $5 bucks and you can get the whole line at Target.

Leggings with a long belted shirt are going to be in this year. I know it sounds bad… but leggings, especially black leggings, can be surprisingly forgiving. Add ballet flats and a chunky jewelry and you have the perfect comfy and cute fall outfit.

Big statement necklaces, chandelier earrings, and bold bracelets, add drama to your fall wardrobe. Fall colors are usually a little more restrained and deeper than the hot corals and turquoises you wear in the summer. So try going with richer purples and jewel tones to compliment your fall wardrobe.

To give yourself perfectly even skin, don’t avoid foundation. A great foundation is Maybelline’s Dream Matte Mouse. Now you have to get the right color for your skin tone, but you can get it cheap at any Walgreen’s or Rite-Aid.

Boots with the fur are back in this fall. But this year they need to have a wedge. The perfect fall look is skinny jeans, calf-high wedged boots and a fitted sweater that show your curves.

Blush should generally be applied directly on the cheekbones and blended out and up towards the temple area. When choosing a blush color make sure to consider what season you are in, but don’t be afraid to go with a color that has a little brown in it. This will help you look healthy and sun-kissed all year long.

If you are like me and you have small eyes, the key is white eyeliner. Now I know this sounds weird but here is what you do: Apply your eye shadow as you would normally, then before you put on your dark eyeliner put a thick layer of white eyeliner on your top eyelid and then smear it in. After that, apply your regular eyeliner and your eyes will look wider and further apart!

For celebrity curls, dry your hair upside down with your hair drier. Once your hair is dried begin to divide your hair with a comb into sections and then put it into curls. Hair spray each section and then let each of the curls sit until they are cool (very important!). Use a curling iron to fill in any missing pieces once you take the curls out. Then you will get great, full celebrity curls.

If you want really straight hair, then get yourself a CHI flat iron. You can get one at most beauty supply stores OR you can get one at Target. The Chi is a little pricier than other flat irons, but totally worth it!

This season is all about muted-metallics. Muted tones of copper, pewter, and iron are making a splash on the catwalk! Pair these colors with earthy shades of tweed, linen, or leather to keep the shine subtle. Thigh-high boots paired with skinny jeans or leggings are certainly making a statement.

For smokey eyes, apply your eye make up as you normally would. Then, with a thin brush start by applying a small amount of loose black eye shadow in the crease of your eye from the outside in. Women who wear heavy eye makeup and dark lipstick can look a little clownish. So, if you want to wear dark lipstick, keep the rest of your makeup light. If you want to play up your eyes, keep your mouth light with a gloss or light lip color that doesn’t stand out. If you want plumper lips, put a little clear lip gloss on the center of your bottom lip.

If you want long lashes but weren't blessed with them naturally, here is a quick tip that will cost you less than $20...

1. Use a clear Mascara before you add color to prime and condition your lashes.

2. To make your lashes look longer, place your brush at lash line on the topside of the lashes. In a slow, even motion; go from root to tip of the lash. Then go over lash tips again, this time from underneath it. Repeat this until you get the look you want.
