It's Official! Oprah Winfrey is calling it quits after more than 20 years of doing her daytime talk show.
According to sources, Oprah told her staff yesterday afternoon in a company meeting.
Also yesterday, Tim Bennett, president of Oprah's Harpo Productions, announced that she will leave "Oprah" in September 2011.
Oprah will confirm the news on her show today.
"The Oprah Winfrey Show" will not be moving to the Oprah Winfrey Network as was rumored.
Here's Tim Bennett's statement that he sent to stations across the country that carry Oprah's show:

Over the past several weeks, my team and I have had conversations with many of you to help address your questions about the future of "The Oprah Winfrey Show." Of course, the one question we couldn't answer was the one that only Oprah could. And tomorrow, she will do just that.
But before she speaks to her loyal viewers, we wanted to share her decision first with you -- our valued partners for more than two decades.
Oprah will announce live on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs in television history. The sun will set on the "Oprah" show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011.
We welcome you to share this news this evening with your colleagues and viewers. As we all know, Oprah's personal comments about this on tomorrow's live show will mark an historic television moment that we will all be talking about for years to come.
We want to thank you for the partnership and friendship we have shared over the years. Your invaluable support has helped us to create the phenomenon of the "Oprah Show" that we've all been so proud to be a part of for the last 24 years. Drew Barrymore kicked boyfriend Justin Long out of her home in the Hollywood Hills earlier this month.... at least, according to Star magazine.
A source tells the tabloid that the two are still dating but the relationship could be in danger.
The source says that the actor is messy and a couch potato and Barrymore is not happy with that.
But the source adds that Long is trying to change his ways because he really likes her.
Miley Cyrus isn't the only young star who isn't into Twilight.
In an interview taped yesterday for a Dec. 16 episode of The Bonnie Hunt Show, Bonnie asked Selena Gomez if she is "Team Edward" or "Team Jacob."
Although Selena picked "Team Jacob," she admitted that when it comes to the Twilight movies, "I don't watch them. Sorry, I feel bad...even though I am a teenager."
Despite what her neighbor, and cops say, Paris Hilton says she wasn't involved in a driveway fight Wednesday morning with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.
Someone sent cop cars to her house.
Hilton says "Doug and I were in bed, sound asleep, when Doug's houseguests from hell got into an argument. We had nothing to do with it."
But a neighbor says he saw Paris in her driveway screaming at Reinhardt, and then watched as the two engaged in a mutual shoving match.
And police tell TMZ that after arriving they actually made Paris get out of bed so they could check for injuries.
Hunky Gerard Butler says he is glad he's been rumored to be dating some Hollywood beauties, because the bogus rumors have kept his real-life romances out of the public eye.
The "300" star has been linked to Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan.
He says, "Even if it's (the) early stage of you dating somebody, or even if it's a friend that's a girl and you go, 'Hell, (I'll) take her down the red carpet', it's not worth it. It's getting ridiculous, I just haven't got the time."

Will Ferrell and Ewan McGregor are at the top of Forbes.com's list of Hollywood's most overpaid actors.
Billy Bob Thornton, Tom Cruise and Jim Carrey also made the top 10 list of actors who cost more to hire than they appear to be worth at the box office.
Will Ferrell took first place because of his 2009 flop "Land of the Lost", which Forbes said cost an estimated $100 million to make but made just $65 million.
That came after other bad films from Will, including $43 million for "Semi-Pro", and $128 million for "Step Brothers".
Forbes.com said that for every dollar Will Ferrell was paid, his films earned an average of $3.29.

Miley Cyrus wants nothing to do with the vampire franchise "Twilight"..
She tells an Ohio radio station (Q92) during a backstage interview: “I’ve never seen [Twilight], and nor will I ever.
“I don’t believe in it—I don’t believe in it. I don’t like vampires, I don’t like any of the stuff, like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it, I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts, any of it.”
Avril Lavigne has apparently moved on from her marriage to Sum 41's Deryck Whibley and is now dating Lindsay Lohan's ex, Wilmer Valderrama.

A Los Angeles judge granted a three-year restraining order that keeps two photographers away from Nicole Richie and her two young children.
The two men (Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel and Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene) have been ordered to stay 50 yards away from the mom and her two-year-old daughter, Harlow, and her infant son, Sparrow, except for at "celebrity publicity events."
After an October 5th car accident, Nicole said the photographers "caused a car collision, damaging my vehicle and injuring me while [they] were attempting to take photographs of my family and me."
She added that the photogs' alleged behavior causes "severe emotional distress both to myself and my family."
Pop singer/eliminated 'Dancing With The Stars' contestant, Aaron Carter owes over a million bucks in back taxes.
TMZ reports that he owes a $1,010,635.08 to the government.
Chris Brown says he isn't quite ready to get back into the dating scene.

The new book about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt claims the actress spread "mean-spirited" rumors about Jennifer Aniston.
In Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie author Ian Halperin writes that Angelina and her camp (including her manager and brother) planted negative Aniston press stories in 2005.
The stories were released around the time Pitt and Aniston were going through a divorce.
Paris Hilton is said to be "furious" that Kim Kardashian and her family are stealing her spotlight.
A source says, "Paris is furious that Kim got her start by hanging out in Hollywood with her — and now, the Kardashians have it all, the reality shows, the magazine covers, the big appearance fees and promotional deals".
Paris "used to command $100,000 for club appearances, but now Kim is the hottest girl — and they aren't friends anymore."
The source tells the NY Post, "Paris has realized that standing for excess in a recession doesn't appeal. The Kardashian girls seem more real, and girls identify with them more. She's got to ditch the pink Bentley and concentrate on developing herself."

Ashton Kutcher and wife Demi Moore were at an after-party on Monday night after his Broadway debut, when someone poked fun of the showbiz couple's age difference.
A witness says, "Demi and Jennifer Aniston were happily sitting together in the VIP when this guy starting really obviously making fun of Demi and things like her relationship with a younger man. It went on for quite a while.
"Ashton heard it and approached him. At first he thought the guy wasn't serious and was like ‘what the?' He then realized he was serious. Ashton lost it."
Sources say a massive verbal fight ensued between Ashton and the guest, as Demi looked on, embarrassed over the whole situation.

Tabloids from overseas claim that Angelina Jolie has begun the process to adopt a seventh child-- from Syria.
BUT... she signed the papers alone, as in... without Brad Pitt.
Brad already has three adopted children, as well as three biological ones, with Angelina. Word has it, he was against the idea because he is uneasy about fathering a seventh child.
A spokesman for the Immigration and Naturalization Service in Washington D.C. confirmed that “only Angelina’s name was on the adoption papers.”

Word has it, Michael Lohan wanted $100,000 from a series of media outlets to release taped conversations with his daughter Lindsay - but he was turned down.
Lindsay's father leaked secret phone chats between himself and the actress, which he had recorded.
Michael Lohan claims he released the tapes to push her into rehab for an alleged addiction to prescription drugs.
But Lohan actually tried to make a profit from the tapes. He eventually released them for free to RadarOnline.com, but was paid for a subsequent interview.
A source says, "Michael initially asked for a large fee - six figures - for the tapes of Lindsay and Dina, but he didn't get any takers. Radar Online also refused to pay for the tapes, so in the end he agreed to a deal to release the recordings for no fee, but giving him the exposure he needs with a paid interview."
British tabloids report that a banned sex tape featuring Colin Farrell was sent to his girlfriend’s family.
The Irish actor won a court injunction against, stopping the video from being sold, distributed or displayed in 2005.

Her dad, Mathew Knowles is close to a deal that would have Beyonce become the "resident performer" at the Wynn Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
The deal is said to be worth $500,000,000 or $100 million a year for 5 years.

Oprah Winfrey has sent a warning to Rosie O'Donnell - no more gay talk about her or best friend Gayle King.
Rosie was once again spreading the old rumors that Oprah and Gayle are gay lovers while promoting her new satellite radio show.
Sources say Oprah got mad when she heard the comments and had a warning message sent to Rosie.
Lady Gaga and Beyoncé have worked together on two projects so far. The first is Beyoncé's video for "Video Phone," which premieres today. They also collaborated on a new song called "Telephone," that will appear on Gaga's deluxe reissue of her debut album, "The Fame Monster". That drops November 23rd.

During the filming of Twilight, director Catherine Hardwicke remembers that in the evenings, Pattinson was “always drunk,” entertaining co-star Kristin Stewart and other members of the cast in his hotel room with his guitar.
She says a “nervous attraction” between Pattinson and Stewart was brewing offscreen. “What Rob and Kristen had is a multitude of feelings for each other. Complex feelings for each other. It was what we needed. Complex, intense fascination.”

Jon Gosselin broke up with girlfriend Hailey Glassman because a Rabbi told him to do so.
Gosselin’s new romance consultant Rabbi Shmuley Boteach tells the New York Post that he advised Jon to end the relationship.
The Rabbi says "It is unacceptable to be in a relationship when he is still married and has to take care of kids who are hurting. It is not a healthy relationship."
Last night, Jon Gosselin told a small audience in New York City that he plans to ask his estranged wife Kate to forgive him for his actions over the last several months-- and he promised girlfriend Hailey Glassman that they'll reconcile.
Jon said, "It is hard for me to ask to be forgiven from someone who might never forgive me. I am saying this now to Kate, 'I am sorry for doing the things that I did'".

Jon is taking Rabbi Shmuley's advice.
The Rabbi told the small crowd, "My advice is, both spouses should not date because the kids are going through a hard time."
He also suggeseted Jon put his relationship with Hailey Glassman "on ice."
Jon said that's exactly what he's doing. He said, "Hailey and I decided to calm things down until the divorce, just until the divorce".
"I don't want to ruin things with Hailey like I did with Kate. We just need to slow things down."
