Every semester we get a new batch of interns to help us out during the show. We just got a brand new set of interns when one day, our intern Anton, was 2 hours late (on his second day). Like at any other job, this is unnacceptable.
Tall Skinny Matt, instead of punishing him and making it sure it doesn't happen again, let it slide. The Wake Up Call didn't think that this was the best way to handle it, so they decided to discipline Tall Skinny Matt, to show him how to be a good boss.
