Jake confronted the guy, who eventually deleted the photo.
The ordeal was live-tweeted.
One guy wrote: "Gyllenhaal apparently grabbed the dude mid-photo, threw him against the wall and was like, âare we really gonna do this right now?'"

TARGET RESPONDS TO GAGA
Target responded to the comments Lady Gaga made after she ended her partnership with the company.  She made the announcement after learning that Target donated money to a political candidate who was against gay marriage.

Lady Gaga ended her relationship with Target because she didn't agree with the company's corporate policies on political donations, and how they deal with the gay community.
Target refused to promise that they won't ever donate to an antigay political candidate or group.
PETE AND ASHLEY FIGHT FOR BRONX
Pete Wentz plans to fight Ashlee Simpson for custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx.
Pete submitted legal papers in LA asking for joint custody.
But when Simpson filed for divorce last month she sought full custody so they will be headed to court to fight it out.

Rob Pattinson is talking about his romance with Kristen Stewart.
